Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD):
- You are not alone
- It is not your fault
- The right kind of treatment may help
Finding out that you have OCD can be hard to understand, but a diagnosis can also mean that you get good help for your difficulties. Your parents/caregivers learn about OCD and can understand you better. They can then help you in the best way. It's also good that your teachers get to know about your difficulties.
